We want you to be completely delighted with your Robin Pickens home decor and textile purchases. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
